Overview
At TicketIQ, I led the development and execution of a content strategy designed to grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Focused on storytelling at the intersection of sports, live events, and fan culture, I created original, scroll-stopping videos that made ticketing feel relevant, exciting, and shareable. From scripting and shooting to editing and publishing, I handled every phase of production—working quickly and creatively to connect with fans and elevate the TicketIQ brand.
My Role & Responsibilities
📱 Short-Form Video Creation
Developed, scripted, shot, and edited short-form video content optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, ranging from sports news breakdowns and viral ticket pricing trends to fan experiences at marquee events like the Super Bowl and Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.
Created high-performing UGC-style videos on-site at live events that spotlighted real fan experiences and the value of premium ticket access.

Shaped TicketIQ’s platform-native voice with a tone that balanced sports knowledge, cultural relevance, and data storytelling.
Produced content that broke down industry data in engaging, digestible ways - covering topics like the most expensive playoff games, resale trends, and ticket access tips.

Owned the full production pipeline, from research and scripting to visual editing, caption writing, and thumbnail design.
