Overview


As Senior Director of Content Strategy at FanIQ, I lead the team responsible for producing and scaling content that connects fans with live experiences across sports, music festivals, and entertainment venues nationwide. I’ve built a fully integrated content operation from the ground up, delivering thousands of high-performing short-form ads, a scalable UGC creator network, and a proprietary self-service content platform used by hundreds of live event partners.


My Role & Responsibilities


🎬 Content Strategy & Production Leadership

  • Direct a cross-functional team of content creators, editors, designers, and paid media strategists to deliver high-converting short-form video ads across all major social platforms.

  • Developed and maintained scalable creative frameworks tailored to performance across TikTok, Meta, Reels, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Oversaw the creation of more than 5,000+ vertical video ads to date, customized to audience behavior, lifestyles, event types, and platform trends.


🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Creator Network Development

  • Built a national UGC creator network from scratch, featuring dozens of on-camera personalities across a wide range of demographics, lifestyles, and interests.

  • Creators produce authentic, lifestyle-driven videos tailored to niche audiences—whether it’s EDM fans, sports superfans, moms looking for family-friendly events, or Gen Z concertgoers.

  • Manage onboarding, training, creative briefing, and performance feedback to ensure brand-aligned, scroll-stopping UGC at scale.


🤖 AI-Powered Content Workflows

  • Integrated AI tools into every stage of production, including scripting, voiceovers, hook testing, versioning, and creative iteration - dramatically increasing content output and efficiency.

  • Used generative tools like Runway, Midjourney, Veo3, Higgsfield AI, and more to optimize and scale variations across campaigns, improve ad fatigue, and decrease turnaround times.

  • Leveraged Creatomate to generate repeatable self-service templates for plug and play use by FanIQ One partners


🚀 FanIQ One Product Launch

  • Helped conceptualize and launch FanIQ One, our self-service ad platform that allows live event brands to create and deploy paid ads across platforms in one unified dashboard.

  • Developed the self-service content engine within the product, enabling partners to order ad creative or use AI-generated video templates aligned with their brand and goals.

  • Provided UX input, creative flows, and built internal guidelines for scalable campaign setup and content delivery through the platform.

  • Led content strategy for 150+ clients across sports, music festivals, ticketing companies, and national venues.

  • Examples include NBA, WNBA, NFL, MLS, USL, NSWL, NCAA teams, major music festivals, regional stadiums, and resale marketplaces, each with unique audiences, campaign objectives, and creative needs.

  • Developed a fully automated creative production workflow using AI tools and templated scripting that increased content throughput by 3x.

  • Launched vertical video ad campaigns that outperformed industry CTR benchmarks by 30–60% across key event categories.
